After making an AWESOMEST lasagna, which I'll state in a later blog post, Mom made a surprise decision to eat out this Friday night at La Veracruzana! I loved the idea, and it went well!
About 6:30pm, we got in. It was crowded, but normal for a Friday night with little wait. I got the chicken quesadillas with a corn tortilla, and they were very good! I also had a Sierra Mist, and it was very good.
